Many Maison Austin products are custom-made or personalized. By placing an order for a custom or personalized item, you acknowledge that:

• Each item is made to order
• Minor variations are inherent and not considered defects

Custom and personalized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except where Maison Austin has made an error or the item arrives defective. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Maison Austin.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, misuse, resale, or violation of these Terms.

Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been processed and confirmation has been issued. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order is accepted.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed solely by our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Prices are subject to change without notice and reflect those in effect at the time of purchase. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, customs, or import fees unless otherwise stated.

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Maison Austin fulfills orders using trackable shipping services. Carrier-provided tracking information and delivery confirmation constitute proof of fulfillment.

Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer upon carrier-confirmed delivery. Maison Austin is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are lost, stolen, or misplaced thereafter.

International shipping may be offered on a case-by-case basis and may involve additional fees, duties, taxes, and extended delivery times, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
