The ornament is very beautiful and well made. It came in beautiful packaging as well. It was shipped and received timely and all communications were handled professionally and personably. If I could offer one suggestion for improvement, it would be to make a hole in the center of the ornament where you insert the penny and could see both sides. You would have to consider how to secure it. You could consider something like what the coin books do with the clear covers or make the hole "just so" that you could get away with just gluing it in. That would have made it perfect in my opinion.
